Please read through these frequently asked questions before contacting with any queries as we should be able to answer it here :)

How much is bottomless & what's included?

Bottomless is £20pp & includes 90 minutes of unlimited Prosecco. No food is included. You can find out more here.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

If you need to edit your booking, please do so from your confirmation email. You can find it by searching for ‘DMN confirmation’ & selecting ‘change’ or ‘cancel’ from the email.

If there is no option to do this, please reply to the email & we will make the change for you.

Will you hold my table if I'm running late?

We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes – Please do not contact us to let us know.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will give your table away & try to accommodate you when you arrive. Please do give us a call to let us know – Our phone numbers are here.

How do I make a booking for 11 people or less?

You can make a reservation here.

How do I book groups of 12 or more?

Please make an enquiry here & our Events Team will be in touch.

For groups of 12 or more, we require a preorder from our party menu & a card authentication for £10pp. No money will be taken from your card unless you cancel with less than a week’s notice or do not show up.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, all of our restaurants are completely dog friendly inside & outside! We accept well-behaved dogs of all sizes. We have dog beds, bowls & treats.

We are currently working on a doggy menu. Updates to follow.

Are you suitable for veggies & vegans?

Yes, we have lots of veggie & vegan options! You can filter on our menus.

Do you have gluten free options?

Yes we do! We have gluten free bread as an option for no charge.

We are working on getting a filter online for this, but in the meantime, please ask for an allergen guide in store. Please read our disclaimer & ensure that you inform a team member.

Is your food halal?

Our chicken & sucuk ‘Turkish chorizo’ are halal.

This answer was updated in September 2021; Please check with a team member that this is still the case on your visit as we may have changed suppliers.

Can I see your allergen guide?

We are working on getting our allergen guide online. In the meantime, please request a guide on arrival at the restaurant.

What times are brunch, lunch & dinner?

Our brunch is available every day from when we open in the morning until 5pm. You can find our opening times here.

Our lunch is available from 11.30am-5pm every day.

If you dine with us 11.30-5pm, both brunch AND lunch are available.

Our evening menu is available from 5pm every day.
