Come and join us to relax and retreat from busy urban life. Yoga Nidra is a deep state of relaxation.
As you lie on your mat, Libby Stevenson founder of Mumaste Yoga & Wellbeing will guide you through gentle stretches, breath work and a body scan to release tension from every part of the body and enter a deep state of relaxation. Afterwards, we will enjoy a healthy meal so that all parts of our wellbeing feel nourished
Tickets are £25pp Including Yoga Nidra & supper with Mumaste Yoga & Wellbeing, your choice of Grill salmon, Chicken or Halloumi and a glass of prosecco 🙂
No previous yoga experience required.
Wear loose-fitting comfortable clothing.
Bring your own mat.
Bring a blanket (optional) – as the body relaxes, it also cools down.
