THE HALF-BAKED COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE!

 

We are very happy to tell you that Sercan, our Exec Head Chef, has given up his secret recipe for The Half Baked Cookie Dough. As Megan’s is closed during the Corona virus lockdown, we wanted to be able to make this yummy cookie dough dish at home & he has obliged! Woohoo! Thank you Sercan!

 

What you’ll need to make THE half baked cookie dough:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 175g soft brown sugar
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 575g self raising flour
  • Nutella (or you can also use chocolate)
  • Ice cream – whatever flavour you would like. We usually do vanilla and/or salted caramel ice cream, but whatever tickles your fancy!
  • Some honey to drizzle on top
  • Some pistachios (or Sercan used walnuts in this video, so replace with these if you don’t have pistachios).
