Megan’s by the Castle opened in the community of Guildford restaurants in May 2023 & we couldn’t be more excited to have opened in such a lovely neighbourhood. We began our life on the Kings Road in Chelsea in 2002 as an old antiques shop & have been lucky enough to join lots of wonderful areas in the following years.

You can find us at 136-140 High Street, Guildford, GU1 3HJ at the old Moss Bros location.

Guildford Restaurants: About Megan’s

To introduce you to who we are, Megan’s is a Mediterranean-inspired spot. We serve brunch, lunch, dinner, cocktails & everything in between. Our menu has been designed by our Executive Chef, Sercan, to whisk you away to sunny places. We are completely dog friendly, laptop friendly, child friendly & of course, Prosecco friendly. We wish to be at the heart of the communities that we are in so you can join us for all occasions. This can be for your post-yoga smoothie, weekend Bottomless Brunch or even your wedding celebrations.

Having blossomed into the much-loved neighbourhood spot that we are today, we are thrilled to be able to bring our passion for good food, home made cooking & warm service to the Guildford restaurants scene.

The Food at Megan’s

We serve brunch until 5pm every day, where you can find our twist on classic dishes such as our lightly spiced Shakshouka Baked Eggs, Smashed Avo on Toast, Eggs Benedict & our Vegan Pancakes. Our Turkish Brunch Feast is quite the showstopper too. Featuring a selection of sweet & savoury dishes, this one is sure to bring the ‘wow’ factor to the table.

At lunchtime, you can choose from our Open ‘Posh’ Kebabs, spicy Shakshouka Kebabs, Mezze Bowls & lots more tasty dishes. From 3pm we serve our dinner menu. You can choose some favourites such as our Mezze Feasts or Grills, or select some of our small plates. These include four variations of Cheese Fondue, Gambas Pil Pil & THE Half-Roasted Cauliflower.

Our Community

We wish to have a positive impact & give back to our neighbourhoods so we donate to local charities.

We donate 20% of our still & sparkling water sales to charity. So far, we have donated £50,000 to charities & causes. If you work for, or know of, a charity that you would like us to support, then please let a member of the team know.
