Coconut milk is the new soya milk, as it has many added health benefits. We are no scientists, so we will leave the BBC link here, which details the many health benefits that coconut has.
We use Organic, fair trade and rainforest alliance coffee beans in our coffee. There is also have the option of coconut milk, oat milk or almond milk as our milk alternatives in the restaurant. All of our coffees are available to eat in or take away. We do also have regular milks available.
Along with our vegan options for milks in our coffee, we have an extensive list of vegan and veggie options on our main menu to accompany. We have vegan options on our brunch, lunch, and on our evening menus. Keep reading for more information on our vegan menu.
Plus, we also have lots of gluten free options.
We cater for all dietary requirements and allergies at Megan’s, so that everyone can feel comfortable dining with us. If you have a specific requirement, then please do tell a team member as our kitchen team of chefs are so wonderful at catering for different dietary requirements. The kitchen are also extremely careful regarding avoiding cross contamination.

Our vegetarian options are marked with a ‘v’, and gluten free with a ‘gf’. Also, we have ‘gf-av’, which highlight any dishes that only require one swap to make them gluten free!
