Megan’s in the Garden City has opened in the community of Welwyn Garden City Restaurants & we couldn’t be more excited to be in such a lovely neighbourhood. To introduce you to who we are, we began our life on the Kings Road in Chelsea in 2002 as an old antiques shop.

We are delighted to share that you can find our home in Welwyn Garden City at the address: 35 – 37 Howardsgate, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AP.

Megan’s is a loosely Mediterranean, all day, neighbourhood café & restaurant, serving food from sunny places. We are completely dog friendly, laptop friendly, child friendly & of course, Prosecco friendly. You can join us for any occasion as we aim to be at the heart of the communities that we are in. Whether that be for your post-yoga smoothie, your weekend bottomless brunch or even your wedding.

Having blossomed into the much-loved neighbourhood spot that we are today, we are thrilled to be able to share our passion for good food, home made cooking & warm service in Welwyn Garden City.

WELWYN GARDEN CITY RESTAURANTS: THE FOOD AT MEGAN’S

We serve brunch until 3pm every day, where you can find our take on classic brunch dishes such as our lightly spiced Shakshouka Baked Eggs, Avo on Toast, Eggs Benedict & our Vegan Pancakes.

At lunchtime you can choose from our ‘posh’ flatbread kebabs, spicy shakshouka sauce-based kebabs, mezze bowls & lots more tasty dishes. If you are after something lighter, you can also visit our healthy deli. Piled high with delicious salads, toasties, wraps & sandwiches, you can order to takeaway or eat in.

From 5pm, we serve our dinner menu that features a selection of small plates & sharing dishes. Some of our favourites are the Turkish Cheese Fondue, Gambas Pil Pil & Piri Piri Cauliflower Wings. We also serve our new Mezze Feasts for 2, featuring what we like to call ‘the best of Megan’s’.

OUR COMMUNITY

Our aim really is to become the heart of your community. We want to have a positive impact on the areas that we are in & so we donate to local charities in our homes.

We donate 20% of our still & sparkling water sales to charity & so far we have donated £50,000 to charities & causes. If you work for a charity then please let a member of the team know.
