A discretionary 12.5% service will be added to your bill. 100% of this goes to our team
Group Booking (Tables 6+)
We work on a first come, first served basis. Your booking is not confirmed until we have the relevant information from you, including the deposit
All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable. If transferring, this must be one month before your booking & moved within the same quarter
Pre-payments are non refundable
All bills must be settled before leaving the venue, we are unable to invoice post event
For tables of 12+, we require a pre-order 4 days ahead of your booking. Failure to do so may result in the menu being selected by the Megan’s team based on availability
For tables of 12+, a reduction in numbers within 3 days of your booking has a £10 charge per person
For tables of 12+, if there are cancellations on the day, the menu charge will still be applied as we will have ordered the ingredients to cater for your party
Private Hires
Access to the venue starts at your booked time. If you need additional set up or pack up time, please let us know as it may require an updated cost depending on the time required
If you would like us to apply for a late licence (TENS), this will cost £250 per hour, which is not applicable against a minimum spend. Times will need to pre-agreed ahead of application
Megan’s offers are not valid during exclusive hire events
For groups with a minimum spend of £3000+, we require 25% of the minimum spend to confirm the booking. The remaining 75% is payable 7 days ahead of arrival
All minimum spend are inclusive of VAT & exclusive of service charge
Any minimum spend not met on the day will be redeemed through card authentication
