We can’t wait to welcome you to Megan’s. To help everything run smoothly on the day and to make sure we can look after you and our team as best as possible, we’ve outlined a few key details below.
General Information
We are a cashless venue.
We do not accept American Express.
We always keep space available for walk in guests.
While we will always do our best to accommodate special requests, these cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to take card details or process payments over the phone.
A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill. 100% of this goes directly to our team.
Group Bookings (Tables of 6+)
All group bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis. Your booking is not confirmed until all required information has been received, including card authentication.
All deposits and pre payments are non refundable.
All bills must be settled before leaving the venue. We are unable to invoice after the event.
For tables of 12 or more, a pre order is required four days prior to your booking. If this is not received, the menu may be selected by the Megan’s team based on availability.
Final guest numbers for tables of 12 or more are required 48 hours before the booking date.
Any cancellations on the day for tables of 12 or more will still be charged, as ingredients will have been ordered to cater for your party.
Private Hire
Access to the venue begins at your booked start time. Additional set up or pack down time must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional cost.
If you would like us to apply for a late licence, this is charged at £250 per hour and is not redeemable against the minimum spend. All timings must be agreed prior to application.
Megan’s offers are not valid during exclusive hire events.
To confirm a private hire booking, we require a 25% deposit of the minimum spend and 75% card authentication.
All minimum spends are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of service charge.
Any minimum spend not met on the day will be redeemed via the card authentication.
All of the above terms also apply to private hire booking requests.
