Make Megan’s Pineapple, Apple & Mint Smoothie at Home: Pineapple Smoothie Recipe.

Pineapple Smoothie Recipe: Pineapple, Apple & Mint. Thank you to Erica, our wonderful food developer at Megan’s, she has shared her secrets on how to make our delicious smoothies and also some shakes at home.

At Megan’s we make all of our juices and smoothies fresh to order. They are dairy free and also vegan!

We have posted the video of how to make the smoothie on our You Tube, or follow the steps below to make.

 

The ingredients you need to make the Pineapple, Apple & Mint Smoothie at Home.

  • 100 grams of frozen pineapple. Frozen is best but feel free to use fresh & then also add a couple of cubes of ice if you would rather.
  • Apple juice. We usually juice our apples to make a delicious fresh apple juice. Obviously if you don’t have a juicer at home, or want a quick recipe, then use shop bought apple juice. The fresher the better of course. If you have a juicer, then juice 2 apples. If you are using bottled apple juice then use 200 ml apple juice.
  • Mint. 10 mint leaves.

 

The method: How to make Megan’s Pineapple Smoothie.

  1. Gather your ingredients & add to a blender.
  2. Blend for ten seconds.
  3. And enjoy!

Simple as that!
