Megan’s restaurants are known for their healthy and delicious home-made cooking using only fresh ingredients!

Our brunch is particularly famous as it is served all day every day until 4.30pm and because it’s probably the best brunch in south west London. Pictured above is our Courgette & Feta Rosti; baked in the oven and served with poached eggs, oven-roasted tomatoes, spinach and also drizzled with balsamic glaze. By baking the rosti, it remains extremely healthy and is also outrageously delicious! The Courgette & Feta Rosti is available all day everyday at all of our restaurants.

Healthy restaurant Londo: Megan’s Vegan Earth Bowl

Our Vegan Earth Bowl is the newest addition to our all day brunch menu. A delicious healthy bowl packed full of tasty goodness. The Earth Bowl is filled with quinoa, smashed avocado, crunchy kale, harissa houmous, spinach and it is also topped with chilli flakes and omega seeds. Quinoa provides slow release energy, keeping you fuller for longer! Avocado contains your essential fatty oils. Kale, the superfood of all superfoods. And spinach… well it is also great for you and Popeye eats it!

The Delicious Sweet Potato Bowl

Our take on the classic Nicoise salad, because who doesn’t love the classics! This dish is made with diced sweet potato, red onion, plum tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, black olives and also French beans! If you fancy, you can also add toppings to the dish, like chicken or smoked salmon, or skip on the toppings to keep the dish vegan. So many variations…

Healthy Restaurant London: Our Sweet Potato Bowl is available from 11.30am at all of our restaurants every day of the week. On weekdays we also open our deli bar, so that you can enjoy our delicious daily made salads. We also have our deli bar discount running everyday: 50% from 4-5pm everyday!
